This cut has either called the Y form, on this occasion, by both collarbones at an angle to the breastbone and from there just up to the pubic bone. Alternatively it is cut slightly arched-shaped by shoulder to shoulder crosswise and then in the second cut centrally down to pubic bone. By this cut guidances the pathologist or legal doctor can reach to all organs of the heart and belly space (after distance of the breastbone and the adjoining ribs).
